Application was done online. The interview was taken at one of the sites with two managers and took about 1 hour.
Tips: Be honest and make sure you are aware of the company's core values. Let them know how you can contribute to the company. Be confident. They also ask role related questions so make sure you know all about the company, especially in what concerns to the job you are applying for. Make sure you give lots of examples to illustrate your answers.

Interview
First I applied online by uploading my file to the career site of diageo and then I got an email that says I can proceed to the online assessment, after I finished my assessment I got a phone interview with the HR. Finally now I am going to make for the last group interview.
