Interview
Met with relevant people (nice range of team vs higher ups), took a few weeks to finalize but HR was lovely in coordinating interviews and were very responsive. They were very interested in my goals and making sure I felt like there was room to grow at the company.

Interview
It was a virtual interview, meaning I had to simply record myself answering questions. I understand why large organisations do this, but nonetheless it is a very impersonal approach. Despite this the questions were relevant and well-worded.
Very efficient, quick and easy. The online process made it easy to fit into my schedule, and the questions were challenging but interesting. There were multiple online rounds and then a section where you had to record a video of your self.
