It’s about 30 minutes. It’s traditional but fun! They ask you questions about yourself and your job history. They keep it fun and comfortable. They like for you to tell them your strengths and weaknesses with honesty.

What a waste of time. This process consisted of several parts over 3 full months. Yes, 3 months! First is a styling exercise, phone interview, video interview then group interview. The employees were very friendly but this process was long and not worth the time I put in. I also found some of their company and personal practices unethical and unprofessional.
