Very quick response to original application, first video interview offer made within a week of application. Second interview a week later. Then ghosted. When followed up to see where we were at in the process, I was sent a generic rejection email. After meeting the hiring manager, it would have been nice for at least a personalised let down, preferably a quick phone call.
