I interviewed with the Talent Acquisition Lead. The interview itself consisted of fairly standard questions and did not provide much additional insight into the role or the team.
The main issue was the length of the process. I waited more than two weeks just to have the interview scheduled, which felt unnecessarily long given that it was an early-stage conversation.
After the interview, I did not receive any feedback or follow-up communication. The lack of response made the experience disappointing and left an unprofessional impression.
I would recommend improving communication timelines and ensuring candidates receive at least basic feedback or a status update after interviews.
