Met with Gary the President and another executive from the Construction department. Went over portfolio and my interests. Talked about how Devcon is different than other general management firms. Pretty usual from other interviews processes at other firms.

Interview
Met with Gary, the President. Very laid back and easy going conversation. Gary is a good person and always achieves his goals. He will only hire top notch employees. I really couldnt think of a better boss to have and look up to besides Gary.
