I applied online and received a call back to do the phone interview (screening) the next day. After about 5 days, I received a call back to schedule the in-person interview. I did the in-person interview and was told that I should definitely hear back in next couple of days. However, I had never heard back and the company ghosted me even after email follow-up. During each step of the interview, they expressed how much they were interested in me, how mesmerized they were by my resume/experiences/personality, but unfortunately, did not provide proper follow-up. I was super excited about working for their company. They gave me so many signs that I would be selected (some not mentioned). In terms of the interview, the interviewer had question prompts to ask in front of her, but did not stick to them. She kind of asked things in a more general sense and was getting a feel for my personality, fit for the company and work experiences applicable to the role.
