Very professional. I had multiple interviews with hierarchy of management. I was asked about previous bartending experience. There was a high emphasis on teamwork and knowledge of classic cocktails. Expect to dress to impress.

The interview process was uncomfortable. The manager would not provide information on how much to expect to make in hourly/tips, yet said things like, "the bar makes good money", as if he knew what good money looked like to me.
