Detector Electronics interview questions

Very immature HR team____ After +2 hours of phone interviews (one with HR and one with technical team) and several emails, the HR team scheduled a time for on-site interview and 3 days before the interview, sent an email saying they are pursuing other candidates!!

I had an opportunity to work for Detector as a contractor before got hired on full time basis, but whole process was very smooth. Started with phone interview then personal interview for about an hour and then HR interview to discuss the salary.
