It was fast and quick. I have to go through two rounds, one with the GM North and the other with the VP Sales. After these two rounds it took one week and i got an offer letter on email.

Submit the application to HR or through employee referral. Candidate will get a call to schedule the interview. First round is with the regional manager and the second round is with VP of Sales. Both rounds will be one to one interview.
