This firm stands out as a unique place, led by young and ambitious individuals who view it as the defining story of their lives. Their passion for both their work and brand is palpable. During my initial interview, I sensed that I was conversing with real people rather than a faceless corporation. Over the course of three interviews, I had the pleasure of meeting both partners and two key principals. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited about the projects in their pipeline. I was eager to become part of their vibrant team. However, due to time constraints and my desire for a more diverse portfolio, I ultimately accepted an offer from another company.
