Desert Tech sounded like a wonderful place to work with many ways to advance within the company. The pay that was advertised was acceptable, as were the promised working conditions. A phone follow up described how entering a "ground floor" scenario will lend to much advancement with a booming growth corporation, and a huge increase in pay.
