I interviewed at Desert Rose Group

      Interview

My interview was conducted in a downstairs juice bar because there is no private room. The whole interview took around 50 minutes and the boss only cares your working hour: what time you come and what time you leave and how long you take your lunch. The boss use the current employee as an example that she/he always late, always leave early ... etc. My first impression was "you don't talk bad behind your employees, very immature and unprofessional". In general boss wants to know whether you will take the advantage of the company or not. Vaguely "promise" your future that you will be promoted as this or that because this company is expanding/growing. This boss doesn't like the idea that employee take some night class during our own free time in order to help the company grow better, this boss ONLY cares how the company grows bigger. Logically if the foundation is not strong, how can a company grow stronger?

      Question 1

the only proper interview question boss asked me is "what's your weakness?"
