Multi tiered interview process that starts with Human Resources, then Divisional Vice President, and then Account Executive to assess personality fit and experience. This can take awhile based off everyone's schedules and availability.

Easy and quick. Checked the background and had a discussion as to what all was expected of the position. Simple stuff. This was a while ago so I can't comment on how the process is now.
