Interview
After applying online, I received an email informing me that my application had progressed to the next stage. The next step was completing an online SATI (Self-Assessment Topgrading Interview (SATI). ) self-assessment. After passing the assessment, I was invited to an HR interview with mainly non-technical interviewers. The discussion focused on introducing myself, explaining my academic and personal projects, and demonstrating how I would present and communicate the value of those projects. The interview was conversational and centered more on communication skills, motivation, and project experience rather than technical questions.
