The HR directly contacted me on LinkedIn. I had one round of interviews that was conducted virtually. The interviewer was patient and asked basic questions focusing on Ruby on Rails, Ruby, and OOPS. The overall experience was good.

is Inheritance allowed in ruby, why ruby is complete object oriented, types of association and describe each of them, difference between has_many and has_many_belongs_to, authentication and authorisation using ruby, convention over configuration, what is ORM and its advantages and disadvantages, filters in rails

There is three level of intreview for the job role, Panel is good and kindly asked questions. Support from HR is also good. overall just Good. Level of interview was average. A good candidate can perfact fit.

Interview
The interview was moderate. I was asked basic ruby fundamentals like block vs proc vs lamda. After that I was given a task to make a sign up page in 30 mins. But before 30 days of my joining the lead recruiter calls and tells me that my offer letter is revoked because the project for which I was hired for is put on hold and I should start looking for other opportunities.
