Telephonic round followed by face to face interview. I was asked to come back again for a second round with the accounts manager for a technical round of interview. Basic things they looked at was communication, confidence and general behavior. In terms of industry knowledge, they check your understanding on the work authorizations, the time zones and the tax forms in US

simple 1:1 process is there no technical round required. Points taken in consideration for the interview are communication, fluency, confidence, attitude, and sensibleness. All these are necessary as the job require all these qualities in candidate. Face to face interview process is quite simple and also the decisive one on the same time so i think its the best to recruit a candidate where no formalities required to choose.
