A whole lot of lip service to make a candidate hopeful, terribly impersonal follow up for time put into the process. Unprofessional interviewers. DPS, you get what you pay for, I dodged a bullet.
It consisted of a performance task and a panel interview, as well as a short q&a about the task. The task was working with some quant or qual data (they let you pick). Interview was with groups, but talking with everyone on the team as some point

I had a phone interview with the person who would become my supervisor. She was stern but cordial. I did not interview with anybody else from the team. The questions were typical interview questions and nothing too hard or irrelevant.
