I was in the process with the company for a particular position, and after I completed all the steps, I did not get any response from them for a few weeks. I contacted the office manager by email to find out what was going on and did not receive a response from her. Then I also contacted the CEO (who also interviewed me during the process) via LinkedIn, and he also did not respond to me. Eventually, when they advertised this job again, I realized that I probably had not gone through the process. Just a pity I had to chase after them and not get any answers for such a long time after the process ended, and eventually to find out through a job ad that they are searching candidates for this position again. If you do not want to run into another company that advocates ghosting, save yourself the time and effort of applying to their positions.
