Interview
Only one interview with two partners. Questions regarding current work loads difficult clients working within a team. Very friendly and approachable and down to earth. Not too many technical questions, thankfully. Unfortunately they had other candidates with more suitable experience.
Straightforward. Online application, telephone interview with talent team, 2x face to face interviews about one week apart. First interview a bit more formal and structured; second interview much more informal and more “getting to know” you discussions. Efficient process
