Interview consisted of a technical test as well as two interviews - overall process lasted around two months, nevertheless at each stage I felt informed and the contact from company was good

What is my motivation for changing employers, what was difficult situation I had at work and how I overcame it
Very pleasant and responsive experience until the 3rd and final interview. They were supposed to follow up but didn't so I'd contacted them 2 weeks later and was told they hadn't made a final decision, then another month went by with still nothing. For a place that thrives on professionalism this was quite disappointing.
