3 rounds of interviews following an initial screening. First was a team’s interview, then an in person 2 round interview with leads from different areas of the plant, then a lunch interview. Was told that I hesitated to answer one question so the passed on making an offer. Turns out they were not actually serious about hiring anyone at that time though.
