Initial HR screen (15 minutes) went very well, the recruiter clearly cared about making sure I had the best chance at landing the job. The interview also went pretty well, I think the questions they asked were appropriate for the job description - though the role is fairly niche since they consider people with no education so long as they have QA experience. There was no technical/LeetCode style interview, only 20% behavioral, 80% testing methodologies questions. Definitely study open ended testing questions such as "Pretend we are designing [common household object]. How would you test it?" If you flub this one, you likely won't get the job. The WLB sounded on par with Amazon without the pay to match, so maybe it was a dodged bullet?
