Désorganisation totale et non alignement des directives de recrutement entre la directiont et les RH.
J'ai eu la mauvaise expérience de consacrer du temps et de l'énergie pour des promesses verbales faites par l'équipe RH qui n'auront jamais été tenues.
J'ai conscience qu'une start-up doit faire face à de nombreux défis organisationnel et qu'il était délicat pour cette jeune entreprise au moment ou j'ai postulé de proposer un processus de recrutement qualitatif.
Cependant, avec ou sans processes mis en place, cela n'excuse en rien la néglicgeance dont ils ont fait preuve à mon égard.
Demodesk dans un soucis d'image devrait travailler à soigner son comportement avec ces candidats et potentiels futurs salariés.
