The interview process entailed an HR screening, an assessment, and two interview panels. The interviews were in person. The interviewees were personable, welcoming, and fair. The assessment, which was timed, was manageable and made sense for the role I was applying for.

First step by HR was requesting I complete an excel and writing exam. Took 1.5 hours of my weekend to complete. Second step was HR screening. Standard. Went well. Got standard "Unfortunately, we have decided to pursue other candidates who appear to match (skills and experience) our requirements more closely at this time" from HR system. Found the excel and writing test, prior to any interview, a disrespectful use of my time. Please don't take 1.5 hour of my weekend unless you're in the final stages.
