Dematic Full Stack Developer interview questions

Phone call with recruiter. Recruiter wasted 1 hour of my time, going through every bullet on my resume, as well as telling me his woes in finding a fit for the role (yes, really), only to inform me at the end that they were looking for experience in a particular technology. He said he would pass my resume on, but I politely declined to interview further. They seem to have no proper interview process for Software developers, and the recruiter was unaware of even basic interview etiquette.
