Applied online. Got a message for the interview schedule but I was not available. They were generous enough to let me reschedule. I have waited for 4 hours before the interviewer arrived. The manager that conducted the interview was very informative about the company and the position they are offering. The other employees I had interaction with were very accommodating.

Personal interview based on resume, then technical interview (written, coding) which you will have to explain afterwards. Basic coding skills are tested, syntax is not important, more on algorithm and logic. Interviewer was very accommodating, environment was relaxed.
