I applied online and got a return call from the recruiter. The entire process from initial call to offer took 1.5-2 weeks and throughout the process, I was given an opportunity to speak to multiple people in the team which allowed me to better understand the role, expectations and overall culture at Deltek.
This has been a great and extremely seamless experiences from day 1.
I had a total of 6 interviews (including the one with HR).

Questions about your work experience, about the company and what you understand of the role.
Fair but thorough. Interviewed with the recruiter, hiring manager, two other leaders in the organization. and the skip level manager. The whole process took maybe a week or two. Overall very good experience.
