Had a great experience, very fast process. After third face to face was told we were moving forward. I would hear something in the next week to two. Reached out to the hiring manager 2 weeks later, the response was “I took another job with the company, don’t know the status”. Reached out to HR recruiter, response was I would get a response “shortly”. Three weeks later I reached out to HR recruiter again and was told they chose another candidate. I am a huge advocate for Deltek and love the company and people but this was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately if I would have gotten an offer, I don’t think I would have taken it after the way I was treated. Easy to say in this end, but that is how I feel.
