Interview
An initial application was followed by A screener with a recruiter. The it followed by an interview with two higher level execs (think global), with a final interview with a team manager on site.
Straightforward with good communication. Had an initial screening, zoom call, then in-person interview. I was told to expect an offer after I finished the third round in person.
During the interview, I asked what the interviewer likes about Deltek. Almost all of them said the people and how the company takes care of them. I can now confirm this is true as an employee. Good company
