Simple interview process. A hr discussion followed by technical and last is salary negotiation. They take people based on availability and quick joining. To me it felt like they need some one to join first. The interviewer himself didn't knew basic interview process. Could have been his first one

Interview
An initial round by the company followed by client interview. Interview was mostly testing your confidence levels of type of work you can do.
Was more stressing on steps you take care and what will you do if something goes wrong. They mostly need people who can get things done
