Everything was clear: the interview went smoothly, and overall the company gave a good impression. However, the offer did not meet my requirements, as there were not many benefits agreed upon. They appear to be a solid organization, but with a tight budget and limited growth potential, even if the Manager showed willingness to be flexible.
