We have a very thorough selection process to evaluate the qualifications of candidates compared to those job qualifications we are seeking in each role. That process includes reviewing resumes and information in the application to match the skills and education requirements for the opening. We utilize phone screens, a core values essay, a variety of online assessments based on the job qualifications, and interviews. Some roles may even do a project to showcase their skills, and get an understanding of what working at Delta might actually be like. Culture Index is one of those assessments, but it is one of several elements in the selection process to evaluate candidates and narrow down the pool to invite for interviews and ultimately make the final hiring selection.
