First you get a short screening phone call (motivation, expectation). If selected, you are interviewed by the HR. This is a more detailed interview about you background, past experiences and examples of common situations (conflict, etc etc). Then you will have one with the hiring manager(s). The process tends to be confusing. They told me that they would give me feedback in 2 weeks max. 6 weeks after I asked for feedback and didn't get any answer.
