The interview process was pretty simple, I had to take a mechanical aptitude test and answer some behavioral questions. I passed that and just interviewed today, I did a self presentation, was asked 5 technical questions.
1. Describe a time you had a disagreement with management and what you did about it?
2. Describe a time you had to change priorities to focus on another task.
3. Describe a time you and your team had to work together to complete a task.
4. Describe a time where you saw someone committing a safety violation.
5. Describe a time you had came across something you didn’t understand and what did you do?
I think it went well, I’ll know within a week or 2

I applied online, it took a couple of months for them to review my application. I received a call about 3 months after my application was submitted. I had to take two comprehension tests and then I got an interview. After that I had to do paperwork, a background check and I was hired.
