I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Jul 2023
Interview
You sign in and get split into 2 groups A & B . You do 2 activities before your actual face to face interview. You do a reach test and then you set up a beverage cart as a team with 3 people to a cart. After, you get called to a room to have your interview. You’re asked 2 questions then you play out a scenario of their choice . If you get your name called you did not get the job & they will not tell you that . They say watch out for an email in about 7-10 days. That’s your denial email and you were not chosen . Anyone who’s name does not get called , you stay behind and they give you additional information and your CJO ( job offer ) . You will then watch out for an email with your training date information etc.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
