The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Jan 2011
Interview
I applied for a flight attendant position with Delta a few months ago. At the beginning of January I received an email saying they would like me to call for an interview. I called right away. They asked for my passport exp. date. Well I did not know I needed a passport just for the interview over the phone. I turned papers in for my passport the same day and within two weeks had my passport in hand! I called Delta back and told them my passport exp date. The lady asked if I had time for a phone interview. Of course I did!! She asked 'If a child is crying on the plane and another person is upset because the child is crying, what would you do?' Obviously, tell the upset person you are sorry and will handle the situation. Go to the child's mother or father and ask if the child needs a drink or crackers. Another question was 'If the pilot turns on the fasten seatbelt sign because of rough terbulance and you see a person stand up, what do you do?' I said, it is my responsibility every person is safe. I would politely explain to the person he or she must sit down until the pilot turns off the sign. Delta is big on safety and customer service! The person on the phone giving me the interview said I may not hear anything back for a few months because there were a lot of applications they were going through. A couple days later I changed my cell phone number so I called Delta to inform them. The lady gathered all my information and said, 'oh have you gotten a phone call from us? Says here you need scheduled for a face to face interview.' HINT: Make sure you have a valid passport!!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
(odvi)For the ODVI they give you an unlimited amount of time to prepare before hitting record. Not sure if the camera is still capturing you while you are preparing for the question even though you didn’t hit record so be mindful of that

Question 1
Please describe a time a change at work impacted your daily routine. Describe the steps you took to adapt as well as the outcome of those steps.
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
