Applied online and received an email a few days later requesting I complete a digital interview. The digital interview was 5 questions, where I had 30 seconds to read the question and 2 minutes to answer. 2 minutes was NOT enough time, but I answered as best I could considering they wanted it in the STAR format (AKA a story). I will post all of the questions I was asked below.

Tell us about a time when you worked on a team with someone who did not do his or her share of the work. What was the situation? What actions did you take and what were the results?
Tell us about a time when you witnessed a coworker or colleague breaking the rules or acting in a dishonest or unprofessional manner. What was the situation? What actions did you take and what were the results?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
