In the two on one interview, I was barraged with questions that required my problem solving skills, and I had a very difficult time answering a question about a fellow employee being dishonest, because I really have only experienced it once, and I could only report the incident. I felt like they wanted me to have solved the problem of employee theft industry wide. I was also asked to make a phony inflight announcement recognizing armed services members onboard, but I was having trouble recreating enthusiasm for the fictionalized event, I have never experienced this happening on any flight, but I don't object to it. I was tired by the time I was interviewed, I was last, and probably not as perky as the phony people running the show wanted me to be. They did want all of the questions answered in STAR format, but I was so tired, and my energy was so low, at this point, no food for several hours, except salty peanuts, salty pretzels, cookies, and soft drinks. I wouldn't eat this junk, unless I was starving.
