Returned call placed in voice mail and I tried 3 more days until they finally returned the call 3/13/2013. I had a very young women on my call. She didn't seem very eager to listen to my responses and I had a hard time understanding her questions. I answered the customer issues she asked with the suggested system - sympathize, apologize, reason and solution format. She asked if I was able to fly to Atlanta in the middle of the interview but at end said a senior manager would return call. I knew at that time I didn't get to the next round of f2f interviews.
