Delphis Eco interview questions

The first stage was a video call that went well. In the second stage, I was invited to their office for an assessment and a discussion with J. . It was a short presentation of the company and the office and after that, she gave me a brief test to design 3 posts for both Instagram and Linkedin and 1 mock-up with a Delphis product. I want to mention that they had my portfolio and my resume. After being there for more than 2 hours, she told me that I can finish the design test at home if I want and we will keep in touch. I was ok with it and after I finished the test I sent it to J. via email on the same day. After 2 weeks of no response, I sent her an email to confirm that she receive my design proposals and kindly asked for feedback. Today, after 3 weeks, still no answer. I found this experience very disappointing, unprofessional and a waste of time.
