Delkor Systems interview questions

3 rounds of interviews with this company. They were dishonest about the number of hours required. They confirmed during the interview it was 40 hrs/week and upon start date clarified the expectation is 45 hrs/week "when they are busy", which they always claim to be busy enough to require the 45 hrs/week. The third interview is with the head of HR. Coincidentally, she is also the co-owner and CEO's wife. Conflict of interest right there.
