Delivery Hero Software Engineer - Android interview questions

The interview with the recruiter was nice and informative. Test task was not easy(and also time-limited) but good for testing algorithmic skills. I did not finish it completely but received invite for next stage. 1nd Tech interview with the Android developer was nice, questions and tasks were relatively easy and tasks in codility were good for checking architecture knowledge, algorithmic skills and java knowledge. 2nd Tech interview with Sr Software engineer was similar to the first one. Except for the task in codility, maybe it was expected that I will solve it in one-line solution by regular expression, but interviewer did not suggest this. So I did it with iterative approach without regular expressions and interviewer ended codility task part at this point for some reason. (we still had 20 minutes for other tasks or improving current solution). Then I got a feedback without explanation of my weak sides. Overall it was a good experience and I am satisfied with interview process and all people were super nice.

it was super nice, the engineers I interviewed were very chill and fun, all interview rounds went very smoothly. they were 1 HR meeting followed by 3 technical interviews and took around 3-4 weeks
