Lengthy and unorganised - interviewed for about 14 months with sometimes no feedback until 3 months later when they asked me if I was interested in a different role. I finally got offered a role different to what I applied for at a different level but declined.

Interview
Pre Screen, Business Interview, then 'Full Panel' with two case studies. Competencies & Values after that. The Full Panel was supposed to be 45 minutes per exercise therefore 90, but I arrived to find it was being conducted in one hour and as such was rushed through the process.
5 rounds + project task. Interviewed with many member of the team and enjoyed the task given. Most were informal with 1 being slightly more technical. Built a lot on previous experience.

Overall it was pretty standard. First interview was with HR, second was with direct hiring manager, then third was hiring manager and someone else from the business and the last one was to check for cultural fit
