Interview
- initial call with a recruiter
- karat.io interview, very easy, I think this was used as a way to filter out low quality candidates
- a test home programming test, spend about 4 hours on this
- systems design interview: whiteboard the architecture of a new product & discussion (1 hour)
- competency and behavioral, evidence based interview (1 hour)
- code review of the take home test (1 hour)
