had 3 rounds of interview - HR, 1-1 with the hiring manager and a case study presentation. HR just went through what they wanted to ask, show no genuine interest in me or my background. Didn't even allow me to ask questions about the role or company. 1-1 hiring manager was fine, just general chat of my background. Then I was given a case study with a page of background info and 100+ excel data point. I have present the data correctly and gave a suggestion about how the chain would improve after reviewing the data. They wanted something that was "out of the box", but if you don't solve the root cause of the problem, your new solutions are just building on quicksand. (normal business acumen? ) Took my presentation and said they will get back to me on the final interview next week. Ghost me after this point. (how rude!) I am sure Deliveroo is successful in other parts of the world, but in HK, they are burning through the cash to dominate the market. Not sure how much longer this company can last in HK.
