There'a few stages: 1. Call with recruiter 2. Call with hiring manager 3. Design challenge to be completed in 3 business days. They say no more than 5 hours, I spent around 10. 4. Meet with Design team and go over your challenge work. I did not get an offer but would have appreciated more feedback on my work.
