The interview process with Delib was honestly one of the best I've been involved in. It started with a simple phone interview with HR. This lasted about 30 minutes and they explained the company a bit and I discussed my reasons for applying.
The next step was an interview with the other engineers. The questions they asked me were novel and interesting. This lasted about 1.5 hours, but after the first 30 minutes it got pretty relaxed and I felt at ease chatting with the team.
The final step was a 'trial day', for which I was paid. During this day, I was tasked with building a small web app. I found this an ideal way for Delib to see if I was a good fit for the job and for me to see what it was actually like to work there.
I got an offer from them in a timely fashion, and the whole process was made really smooth by HR.
