I sent my resume in and got invited for an interview after. The interview was in dutch, french and english to test my knowledge of the different languages spoken at Delhaize. Also got some standard questions (why Delhaize? What department I wanted to work in, ...).

An interview and some logical test.
I applied online on the jobsite and got phone screen by someone from HR. Then an interview with the manager who ask me several question about delhaize and talk a little about the internship itself.
Very friendly, everything went great !
