Very knowledgeable about food, spirits, and wines- made it clear they are willing to train the right candidate, but needed a baseline to work from. Upon hiring they are very thorough with their training and making sure you know the menu, drinks, and wine list.

Interview
It was very standard, only spoke with one manager. We discussed my experience, the position, and pay.
After proving my skill as a bartender, I was hired on the spot.

It was a very easy interview. Just tell them why you want to work for them and be honest about your availability. I was emailed after 3 weeks of applying and asked if I would like to come in for an interview. It was a very relaxing interview which was over in a matter of 20 minutes.
